Students are introduced to basic tap technique while learning rhythmic skills, musicality and precision. |

Students explore age-appropriate body isolations and syncopated rhythms in a fun and funky atmosphere. |

This fun, low impact aerobic class uses ballet fundamentals to build a strong core, slim legs and fluid movement. You'll gain flexibility, abdominal strength and improved balance as you work out to the music of the NYC Ballet Repertoire. |
